Bailey’s Rocks: one of the Wimmera’s most unexpected nature spots

P4270192 collage
Bailey’s Rocks is a natural wonderland of ancient mossy granite tors set in the Wimmera’s far south west, just north of Dergholm near the South Australian border. There is a 330m loop walking track, and a 5km trail that follows the Rocky Creek, or you can just meander off the track and through the creek to explore the rocks. A well-appointed bush campground is available, and you can have your dog on a lead at this Parks Victoria-maintained site.
